Unfortunately, following Saturday's pitch inspection & abandonment of Saturday's league fixture at Denham in Buckinghamshire, the 25% chance of our fixture going ahead the following day was completely blown out of the water by Saturday night's deluge. This was Pacific's only arranged fixture for this bank holiday weekend & so it's fingers crossed for next weekend's 2 away fixtures against Headstone & UCS Old Boys, not to mention this Wednesday's league clash against Grasshoppers II.
Unfortunate too especially for Ben & Jonathan Hardisty, David Butler & Adrian Duthie all of whom have yet to play their 1st game this season. Indeed Adrian, was particularly disappointed as he has concluded 3 months out with thigh ligament damage. At least the unbeaten run continues for another week.
