Although we came unstuck with this in 2008, I have found a weekend at the back of May 2009 when the ground at Gonville & Cauis & both teams are free. It's back to decide player eligibility at the AGM for this near unique event. Also a proper tour plan & accommodation will need organising so we can get the best overnight rates as Cambridge is popular & cheap rates are scarce if we book this too close to the event.
