We have the quotes in and chosen the supplier and method of installation. We will be asking for some specific drawings of the installation as well as a set of samples showing the type of posts, supports and netting etc. so that we can display them. That will take some time to put together and given that we want to give at least three weeks’ notice of the date of the drop in session, it will not be possible to do before the start of the school holidays. We are likely to be aiming for it to be in the second or third week of September. We were planning for the session to be on a weekday between about 2.00pm and 7.00pm to give everyone a chance to visit. As soon as we have a confirmed date, we will e-mail everyone again.
