Although his recovery was going along nicely, Simon has received poor
results from a recent scan and will, unfortunately have to face a further
serious operation. A valve in his heart that was 'repaired' during his
previous 5 hour ordeal has now ceased to function correctly and another long
and dangerous operation is scheduled for either the 3rd or 10th of February.
Reports suggest a 50/50 success rate. I'm sure everyone who knows Si will be
keeping their fingers crossed for him. Will report more when it is known.
