I’m pleased to confirm that the planning application for the Wray Crescent Community Park Building was approved on 23rd July at the planning committee meeting. See Decision Notice attached.

The current timeline for the project is as follows:

• Aug-Oct 2024    RIBA Stage 4 – Detailed Design
• Oct-Dec 2024    LBI Procurement Strategy Approval
• Jan-Feb 2025    Tender Process
• Mar-Apr 2025    LBI Contract Award Approval
• May-Nov 2025  RIBA Stage 5 – Construction
